How often do you check your chargers to make sure they are still connected?	Our automated software platform checks our chargers every 20 seconds to make sure they are connected and properly functioning.
How do you ensure that fleets will be charged even when the network goes down?	We built a special feature called ‘failsafe mode’ that allows our chargers to continue supplying electricity in the event of a network outage. This feature is optional and ensures that fleets will have more reliable fueling operations.
